1. Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to set out details of the ways in which Kropmann‘s website visitors’ personal data may be used, how the website collects data, what data Kropmann may do with the data collected.

Information processing is fundamental to the success of Kropmann Communications Limited as an ICT consulting company. The management of Kropmann takes due care to ensure protection and privacy of its users data in alignment with NDPR and similar regulations. Kropmann protects its information assets and those of its employees, customers and business partners.
Kropmann communications and its affiliates are committed to protecting your information and this Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by kropmann.
This Privacy Policy applies to our website, and its associated subdomains (collectively, our “Service”). It also applies to other user data we obtain we are not publicly available.

13. Data Protection Officer
Kropmann has appointed a Data Protection Officer(s) (DPO) responsible for overseeing the Company’s data protection strategy and its implementation to ensure compliance with the NDPR and other relevant requirements. The DPO is knowledgeable in data privacy and protection principles and is familiar with the provisions of the NDPR.
The main tasks of the DPO include:
a. Administering data protection policies and practices of Kropmann;
b. Monitoring compliance with the NDPR and other data protection laws, data protection policies, awareness-raising, training, and audits;
c. Advice the business, management, employees and third parties who carry on processing activities of their obligations under the NDPR;
d. Act as a contact point for Kropmann;
e. Monitor and update the implementation of the data protection policies and practices of Kropmann and ensure compliance amongst all employees of Kropmann;
f. Ensure that Kropmann undertakes a Data Impact Assessment and curb potential risk in Kropmann data processing operations; and
g. Maintain a Data Base of all data collection and processing operations of Kropmann.
